While our staff is quite proud of how far we have come over the past three decades, we know that it would not be possible without our wonderful guests like you, so we thank all of our customers for their business and we want to offer those of you who might not be our customers yet a chance to come in and see what we are all about! A Growing Company, with Focus on the Customer!
Our Buckeye dealerships originated in 1978 when founder Jerry Spires bought the property known as Buckeye Imports and began his own customer-oriented dealership. Ten years later, the company grew into the Buckeye Nissan dealership which you see before you right now, located less than 15 minutes outside of Upper Arlington. As our Story of Buckeye video will tell you, Spires took inspiration from his father, George, who worked as an auto mechanic and salesman for many years. "I really learned about the car business by the way they treated customers," Spires said. "My dad was outstanding on giving the customer service, when that really wasn't something companies did."
